Welcome to our website, we fly radio control models 7 days a week weather permitting and have 2 runways 
on our flying field. The airspace is huge with clear approaches to the runways no matter what the wind
direction. We are a small friendly club (about 30 members). There is no charge for RC flying instruction.

An Important Reminder About Club No Fly Zones
May we remind you that we have strict club rules regarding our no fly zones, in particular at no
point should you EVER fly over buildings or people, as a general rule of thumb there is NO
FLYING in any airspace behind the pit area in use.
Rochdale flyers now has its own dedicated facebook page,
this is a “closed group page” that only members of the club
are eligible to join. Simply search for “Rochdale Flyers” on
facebook and click Join.
If you have not passed your BMFA ‘A’ test can we remind you
that you are not supposed to fly unless you are accompanied
by a flyer who has.
